The first contract for implementation of building inspection over the construction of an apartment building in the Perm Region was signed/

November 2015
The first contracts with the overhaul fund in apartment buildings in the Perm Region for building inspection services were signed. Self-regulating organizations (general contractor) permits for construction (up to RUB 10 million) were obtained with the value of one contract.

May 2016
The first contract for construction control services outside of the Perm Region (the Kurgan Region). Signing a contract for services of technical supervision over repairs and restoration of cultural heritage objects located in Perm city.

The first contract for building inspection services outside of Russia (Belarus) was signed.

Signed the agreement for formation and handover of as-built documentation at industrial facility of the federal level in the oil and gas industry.

Certification of welding production technology was carried out.

Our company obtained the admissions of a self-regulating organization for works on construction organization (general contract) with the cost of one contract up to 60 million rubles, including particularly dangerous and technically complex capital facilities. Signing of the first contract for services for the formation and handover of as-built documentation for the largest project for the construction of the Yamal LNG plant on the Yamal Peninsula.

Certificates of compliance with the requirements of GOST R 54934-2012/OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001-2016 (ISO 14001:2015), as well as a license of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were obtained.
